All products offered in our store are digital downloads and/or online educational resources created for daycare providers, teachers, and families. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Downloads
All digital products (including curriculum, worksheets, activities, templates, and printable materials) are delivered immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Memberships
When you purchase a membership, you receive access to exclusive monthly content such as downloadable resources, curriculum materials, and additional educational support.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring billing (if applicable).
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Courses & Zoom Classes
All classes, trainings, and workshops (live or recorded) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you are unable to attend a live session, you may receive access to the recording when available.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally, we may offer digital products as pre-orders.
You may cancel a pre-order only before the product has been delivered.
Once the product has been sent or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.
